  13. Symptom:      The server might crash if you unload ATPS immediately after 
  14.               it has loaded.
  15.  
  16. Problem:      This can occur if ATPS is unloaded before it has completed 
  17.               its initialization.  This problem is unlikely to occur 
  18.               unless the initialization process is extended because you 
  19.               have a large number of queues, which must be processed while 
  20.               ATPS is loading.

  23. Workaround:   After loading ATPS, wait at least five seconds before 
  24.               unloading it.
